Terrible attitudes in the pharmacy! Im not sure what is going on with them but ive seen other bad reviews about them and it seems to be a pattern! Theres a pharmacist in their breaking the law. She wont fill certain prescriptions for no reason what so ever. My aunt broke her hip and they ended up replacing her hip and shes in a lot of pain and the doctor gave her a prescription for the pain. The pharmacist wouldn fill it because she didnt want to. So my aunt goes out to walmart and gets it filled and she talked to the pharmacist at walmart about what happened at cvs and he tells my aunt the pharmacist at cvs is making up her own rules. Reshelved a prescription that was sent in two days prior. Pharmacy tech told my husband when he tried to pick it up that I need to pick up my prescriptions within 14 days or call them. He explained to the tech that the script was sent in 2 days ago and that the problem was somewhere on their end. Not only did she not apologize for their error but told my husband again that I need to make sure to pick up prescriptions within 14 days. Terrible customer service.
