I was so excited to come to this store for the first time to support a small business and possibly shop here exclusively for my fabric and other quilting/sewing needs. I was looking for a specific part which I did not know you didn’t have parts because, again, it was my first time which is totally okay, except for the fact that the employee helping me said my brand of sewing machine was “essentially a Walmart type brand”, insinuating that it basically was no good, and her willingness to help me after that went down to near zero. I’m very disappointed and honestly offended. Will not be coming back. Do not recommend going there if you have a Singer brand sewing machine to avoid this type...
