I witnessed the most unbelievable thing while eating here for dinner. I’ve come to this restaurant several times and had good experiences previously, this time has completely changed my mind about this establishment. While sitting down and eating I witnessed 4 little boys ( probably under the age of 8) up at the Buffett using their hands to grab food out from the food trays. One child even grabbed the lo mein noodles from the tray, dropped it on the counter and then proceeded to use his hands and place the noodles back into the tray. As well as picking up the jello and sponge cake deserts with his bare hands. Then he went to the croutons and started eating them out of the container there in. My table had informed the waitress about what we were witnessing and how disgusting this was. The waitress did nothing and told the owner. The owner then came over to us and asked if there was an issue. Which yes there is because this problem is beyond unacceptable. The owner listened to us but then did nothing! He left the noodles, jello, and croutons all up at the Buffett! No one switched out the food or utensils! They also never addressed the parents of these children. There was a women who looked like she was suppose to be watching the Buffett ( a worker) for restocking purposes and etc but she was on her phone the entire time while this all was going on. The board of health could easily walk in and close this place down for this. The whole problem here is that none of the food was removed and replaced after it being contaminated, customers could easily get very...
Read moreup until January of 2014 this was my favorite Chinese buffet however... after we had the first snow storm of the year I drove by about a week later and their ramp was not shoveled I chalked it up to there was a lot of snow and no one was really prepared but then the next week passed and I went back still the ramp not shoveled spoke with the lady in charge and she really didn't say anything as to if it would be taken care of.. Well I went back today 2/3/14 and snow had been piled up even higher on the ramp my husband went in to speak to the lady again and all she could say is "not my fault" and "what I supposed to do about it" well what she is supposed to do about it is tell the person that plows or shovels not to block the ramp that customers need it I guess she does not need or want me as a customer which is a shame because on numerous occasions I have told her how good the food is and that this was my go to buffet when I wanted to eat Chinese it is sad that she has no regard for people with disabilities and I guess her business is going so well she can pick and choose who she will and wont serve... The ADA will be hearing from me and I hope she is doing well enough to handle the fines that will be placed on her and...
Read moreOne of the better Chinese buffets. Same food as many others but they have such high volume that food doesn't sit on the buffet for very long meaning is fresher. I Only wish their service was a little better with seating you and paying when checking out. They seem to kind of treat you like they take you for granted. I don't need my as$ kissed but I would appreciate a little smile, "thanks for coming", or some minor acknowledgment they appreciate my patronage. Otherwise, for service, they clean off tables of dirty dishes promptly but didn't offer to top off my water glass. I keep going back so it's not bad but this is a "cattle barn" and you're treated accordingly with service and the quality of the food ad with all Chinese buffets. As long as you know what you're in for, you won't be disappointed. They keep it pretty tidy and sweep and clean the floors consistently as well as wipe off the buffet tray area and replace serving spoons...
