Read this if you don’t want to get lied to. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We have purchased from this store in the past and we like to buy local. I wanted an adjustable bed frame and looked at stores all over Fort Wayne, Decatur and Huntington as well as this store. I saved my money as this was not a cheap item to purchase. When I was ready to buy, I knew I should buy local. Finally went in on March 5th and bought 2 adjustable frames - one for our main king size bed and a second small adjustable frame for a spare bed. After having this for less than 24 hours, I knew it was not right for me. The frame is NOT supportive and makes the mattress sag in the middle, which has already injured my back. I was EXTREMELY disappointed because I wanted it not only for sleeping but for watching TV. Both activities hurt my back the way this frame is. I went into the store the very next day and talked with Peg about how disappointed I was but felt I needed to return it. She said she understood and would take it back, less the delivery charge and a pickup charge. I said ok. She said she wouldn’t be able to pick up for 2 days, I said fine. She called me the next day telling me that she “talked with one of the owners “ who said they would have to charge me 15% because it would then have to be resold by them as a floor model.Then she tried to sell me a mattress that might work better. I was annoyed but understood and agreed to have them take off the 15% plus delivery and pick up charges. Later that same day, she called and said she won’t take it back at all because we have a dog in the house. Keep in mind - this is not a mattress I bought. This is a metal adjustable frame. But one of the delivery drivers said we had a dog so if she took it back, she’d have to throw it in the dumpster. I am appalled. I asked who the owner was so I could try to call them and discuss it. She said she was the owner. Just earlier in the day she claimed there was a different owner and blamed the 15% charge on them. She was not at all nice this time and suggested I try to sell the frame myself because there was nothing she would do. I will NEVER buy from this store again. I am stuck with a thousand dollar frame that has already injured my back and that I cannot sleep on because it is so unsupportive and uncomfortable. I don’t have a thousand dollars to waste so the thought of this store and owner having my hard earned money makes me...

Sue is very friendly and helpful. She is not pushy and is honest when asked questions or for her opinion. It was a pleasure selecting new bedroom furniture and she matched the price of other stores.
