I placed an order on Christmas and it’s now January 12 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’m very disappointed with this. It in no way should take this long for any product to ship. I emailed them and got an answer stating that they were delayed that was 2 weeks ago. I emailed them since and haven’t gotten a reply. This isn’t professional by any means. I used to cut and split firewood for people to pay bills during the Covid shutdowns in CA I never treated people like this if I couldn’t for whatever reason do the job I told them outright and recommend someone that could. I always made sure during and after a job the customer was happy if not I made it right so they were. That’s how you run a business just saying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything from them anymore and I may not watch the channel either. How they treated me is very unprofessional and not right. As a foot note . Don’t reply to anyone saying that they are the owner and host of the channel and contact them through a private messaging service called telegram in the comments on YouTube it’s a scam. The individual said I won a prize however I had to pay for the shipping. That’s not right you never ever pay for anything or any prize you win if they ask you to it’s a scam. I hope it wasn’t the owner of this company scamming people. Again just saying. And one last thing I even tried calling the company I got no answer so now I’m wondering if bunker branding is a legitimate company. I stand corrected on it not being a legitimate company. Read moreNot sure... First off, We are pretty big fans. We buy stuff and never miss many videos. We fully support everything Bunker and what Matt does and watch all of the videos. This is only a review for what my wife and I experienced mid June on a Monday at Bunker Branding in the Store Front.
Honestly, it was kinda depressing. In my opinion, I figured it would be a little more. Felt kinda like a clearance store for Demo Ranch. I kinda get it. There probably isn't much going on that often, other than the fans that stop by. I thought I'd see a little of the other YouTubers they handled, that would have been really cool! Not even Atwood in there. I mean, it is Bunker Branding we went to. Very little for Woman/Girls too.
I knew there was no chance of seeing anyone other than the staff working the front. Asked a few questions, and it felt like Matt and Mere were never there, like it was a surprise they stopped in for a party they had. I don't know. Figured Mere would still be working it. We were in Austin for a Wedding, so not a crazy drive down. But I'd put it in a category of those dead feeling tourist traps. All that to say, I wouldn't make that drive again. Maybe when the resort is going. Don't go just for the store front, not worth it. The Staff was very nice. The store was nice, a little smaller than I thought. We killed some time after in the town and love the feel of the area.

Read moreMan I hate writing this review cause I love demo ranch but I gotta do it. I ordered 3 mystery shirts on December 14th. Seeing that on the website they say it’s NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. I spent the extra money to get express shipping so I could get it before Christmas. Well lit took exactly one month to actually get to me (way after Christmas) so that wasn’t cool at all. I had to email them and then follow back up until the person replied to the email and just said they will have to process it themselves. Also when the three shirts came in one of the even had weird hard stains on it! I emailed them about it to no reply at least after two days. I really love demo ranch and I want to support but I also gotta tell the truth of my bad experience. It just wasn’t good… EDIT. So I they were nice enough to give me a replacment shirt so that was very nice of them. I do understand that the shipping probably took longer from Christmas (BUT IT STILL SHOULD BE STATED WHEN ITS CHRISTMAS SEASON).
