I travel fulltime in my RV and noticed my rear inner dually tire was not holding air.
Trying to get air in your RV tires is a difficult experience and rather stressful. Often gas stations donāt have pumps that can handle this high of a PSI, or when they do, they are in the truck lane, which sometimes takes hours to get in to or worse, they are broken (very common Iām finding out).
As I was about to get back on the highway, after staying at a local state park, I saw this place had tire service so I did a U-Turn and pulled in to see if they could help.
They had me pull in to the bay right away and started working on the RV within minutes.
After pulling off the inner tire, they were unable to locate the source of the leak. I asked if they were willing to swap the spare tire out for it and so they did.
They put it on, aired it up, and my kids and I were back on the road within an hour.
My only complaint is the technician didnāt know how to remove the hubcap and accidentally pulled off some of the decorative lug nut covers. I have not been able to get them back on right.
But, I canāt really fault them because I couldnāt remember which ones did come off (apparently there are two that screw on/off and the rest are just prettyš¤·š»āāļø).
Since they were unable to locate the leak, they didnāt charge me.
We were able to get back on the road and make it to NH safely without losing a whole day of travel time.
Thank you for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read more06/17/19 i walked into the store with 3 employees standing around the inside door talking. My cashier was an elderly lady who would ask me "what else do you want?", then cut me off when i would answer. As a customer, you don't want to hear things like "wait a minute! Let me price check it first!" (Said with an attitude while being interrupted at the same time). I also shouldn't have to remind a cashier to give me my leftover change from the purchase made. I also visited the fuel desk while shopping.. THOSE EMPLOYEES WERE AMAZING!! 10 stars!!! That should be the standard for every TA. Vibrant, engaging, friendly, eagerness to help.. Everything a customer could ask for in an employee.. As far as the country store restaurant, the food was great (10 stars to the chef.. 0 stars to the waitresses), piss poor customer service. I had even told my waitress i gave her a tip and she walked away saying "uh-huh (yes) ok." (That'll be the last time i ever tip a country restaurant waitress). I think maybe its just this area, because i visited the subway next door and got the same service.. The subway service was a little friendlier though. Ehh.. Whatever. I just will take my business elsewhere next time im in this part of the city. Not blaming it on my skin color, just saying these employees obviously don't give a damn about how the customer is treated. Truckers and customers alike, you've...
Ā Ā Ā Read moregreat service!!! My husband and I had a very bad day, stress. We pulled into the TA and wanted to take a shower, but when we got out we realized that we forgot the keys inside the truck and the door was already locked. It was the first time in our lives when we forgot the keys and it happened on a bad day for us š¬. We were upset and went to look for a set of tools with which you can open the door. We found a small set, wanted to buy, but the man at the checkout asked what happened and went with us. It was very cold outside and in order not to freeze to the end, I decided to buy hot chocolate. When I wanted to pay, the BEAUTIFUL woman at the checkout gave it to me for free (she saw what happened). As a result, they helped us very quickly and for free! We are extremely grateful to these guys for their kindness and responsiveness!!! š«¶ Thank you guys from the bottom of...
