We ordered appliances from Best Buy months in advance in preparation for our move to a brand new house. Not to mention the fact that we paid for our order in full months in advance as well. We have been at our new house for 5 days, and our appliance delivery has been cancelled TWICE. The first time, the driver walked into our house, asked where the appliances needed to go, walked back outside (to get the appliances, we presumed), and drove away without telling us OR delivering our appliances! I called Best Buy Customer Service (was hung up on twice in the process) and finally was put in contact with this warehouse. The first two people we spoke with were nothing but unhelpful and uncooperative, and finally we were put through to a manager. She told us they would reschedule our delivery for 1/2, leaving us without appliances for 3 full days. The real kicker is that our 1/2 delivery was cancelled this morning - we waited for 4 full hours before the warehouse called to cancel due to "mechanical issues" with the truck our appliances were on (most definitely a lie). Our delivery is now scheduled for 1/4, but we won't be surprised if that delivery gets cancelled too, and are shocked that they couldn't reschedule it for ASAP. We will not be ordering appliances from Best Buy again, and will do our best to avoid all Best Buy stores for...

The employees are disrespectful (especially the ladies at the guard shack) and have no communication skills with drivers and shippers. My appointment was on the 10th @9am and I didn’t get unloaded until the 12th @10am because of a mistake they made on their end. The afternoon employee was very disrespectful to me. My dispatch was in shock while he heard the way she was yelling to get her point across. It was so bad that I had to involve the manager, which was a waste of time because he didn’t show any interest of correcting or defusing the situation. The manager refused to give me the employee name or his superiors name so I could make a complaint. He told me there was no one else I can speak to other than him because there wasn’t any other superior who could rectify or resolve this issue. They returned my paper work and rescheduled me for another day. This experience has made me and I’m sure other drivers not want deliver here...
