Friendly smiles up front but the Worst receiver I have ever been to since Kroger in Toleson AZ! Over charging for lumper. Asking for payment before paperwork and turning around and rejecting a quality load with un-qualified fruit inspectors. It took 2 hours to unload another 2 hours to decide to reject an entire load without inspecting the entire load. Another hour to get paper work. The broker sends me down the street to a fellow receiver /customer of this place to take the rejected fruit and reload me with half of a trailer of different product to come back the same day. Only to go through the entire check in / lumper and wait process all over again. I’ve been here since 5 am between coming here on time for a 6 am appointment, leaving and coming back I’ve been here 8 hours. I’m still here waiting Fresh Thyme. Really needs to get they’re act together. I will be rejecting any brokered loads to this place in the future. So I’ve lost 300.00 just in pay alone. It’s time for O/O’s, Company Drivers, Carriers, Dispatchers and yes BROKERS. Very unprofessional work place. Place is seniority based so you need to work here for 6 years to choose your days. Youll probably get stuck with only Monday and Tuesday off like I did and you get no say in it for a year and it stays that way. Only like 2-3 cool managers the others are **heads. The max you’ll get is 36 hrs a week while working full afternoons on weekends. its not worth working here worst place I have ever worked. I was terminated over the phone because I failed to call in late properly. I did call them to let them know, but they are too clueless to pick up the phones or understand when someone is running late in a snow storm, so i got fired because of it. What a joke! I was well within my point range as you get 12 tardies before you get terminated and I ONLY HAD 4. You also get 3 sick/personal days which I used and they call me over the phone to let me go very unprofessional. The checks arent worth it this place is a waste of time. $550 max a week. Very unprofessional and am very displeased with this work environment. Also entire place wreaks of weed everyone is high on the job so expect long delays...

Not bad place to deliver, it took them 2HRS to unload. Friendly staff, There are few steps you need to follow in order to go in and out fast: You need to sign in with the lumper company right away. (They will give you a door and once unloaded will call you with the amount to pay) You need to check in at the window first and than to sign in with the lumper company. Make sure you park your truck before going into the office- very busy place even on the weekend. The Reciving office is all around the building at the end.
