I bought my wife a personalized coffee cup, with photos, and a wine glass that was personalized, since she had broken both her favorite cup and wine glass. The personalization of each was fine, very nice, but the wine glass wobbles, obviously a defective base. I sent a video to PM and wanted a replacement. And even though they said they stand behind their products 100% for defects or errors in personalization, they would not honor my request because the glass was made within production standards. They must have gotten a bad one, or more, from their supplier. I left them a 5-star review on their site, before I knew the glass wobbled. Don't order from them if you want to take a chance on a defective item. As long as the personalization is fine, they won't replace it. Turns out I ordered from the wrong company. Thought I had ordered before from them, but it was from someone else. I learned.

I had given them a one star rating based on what happened as explained above, but after an email from me stating that they've lost a customer and any referrals I might have given them over a $17 wine glass that was defective and backed with 100% satisfaction, they sent me an email stating that a replacement was on the way. Good decision....

I feel the quality has gone down I have been purchasing from personalization mall since 2004. The last free orders I have had to call because coasters being broken, Christmas stockings being squared off at the toe part and photos not good at all on them. The last order was a few weeks ago with Christmas ornaments the wood tag ornaments you could barely make out the faces on people and accordion their customer service personal they were acceptable. So I had them remade in a different material however they would not honor the price that I paid so I had to pay more money. Stephanie the supervisor was not accommodating at all with this. So I reordered and just received yesterday and they still look like garbage. So I just wasted 70.00 and will have to order from Shutterfly since their quality is better. So disappointed in quality of their products and their customer service. I will bring my business elsewhere I understand they really don’t care however expect to receive poor quality items from them I personally wouldn’t waste your time. Spend a little more money and get what...

I’ve been buying from PMall for years. The quality of the items along with their turnaround time and delivery is fabulous!!

I’ve bought frames, LOTS of ornaments, coasters, pillows, and even a beach towel. The towel was heavy and has been used over and over again and still looks almost new.

I love personalizing with names, pictures, and even used a quote from my son in law’s tattoo to get him some personalized coasters.

There are some great ideas for grandparent gifts… for the people we adore, but have everything they need already.

The coasters and Christmas ornaments are great gifts for newlyweds.
