I love supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, small family owned businesses don't have the same policies for customer service as big corporations have in place. I would suggest this family have some conversations about interpersonal skills. Because being disgustingly rude to patrons is a good way for your familys business to end. Especially in this economy. Only little store really in Bonanza. Generally has most of anything you need. I popped in for some OJ for morning mimosas at the house. They had it. Sure enough a day or 2 later cooking breakfast needed some tortillas they had that too. Grandma would aways buy cigarettes, grandpa would always pick up ice cream and hubby picks up beer. Unfortunately the ATM was out of order. Yesterday it was back in service! When I needed $40. Yea! They only keep very little money in it because after it was out of service once again. The gas station only let's you pull out $20. Can be quite a pain when you really don't want to have to go to Klamath Falls just to pay someone back because you forgot to get cash before you left town.
