BBQ and Bake — Restaurant in Bonanza

I was recommended this establishment by a work colleague. Awful. I am retired Chef and I will tell you from the depths of my soul this food is trash and a culinary embarrassment. I had the 9.00 BBQ chicken sandwich. The bread was stale and tasted like they bought it at Walmart. The chicken itself had grisel, bone and the meat was cheap, old leg meat . It also tasted like it was going bad (Thanks Chef) . As for the BBQ sauce again cheap and zero effort put forth . No sides . No deserts. No nice drinks . So 9.00 for gross , low grade , old trash . Great little place with great food!! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. $9 for a Cowboy hamburger (cheese, bacon, crispy onions, lettuce, tomatoe and bbq sauce) with a drink and chips. Rude and unprofessional. I phone to this business to find out how long he would be there to know if I had time to make it there before he closed.
