Please read before buying from them: I have NOOO idea how this store has a 4.6 star rating. This has not been our experience or that of many friends. As they were delivering our mattress, I saw it was not what we purchased. I stopped the delivery men; they called the store. The verdict was that it was not returnable as "it has already been in the house"!! As in, through the front door, still in plastic and at the bottom of the stairs .... not even to the room or plastic removed yet. We resorted to purchasing (from a different store) a 3" temperpedic foam topper. We had additionally purchased headboard/footboard, 2 nightstand tables, dresser with mirror and 5 drawer chest. After the first day, I had sawdust in my clothing from the misalignment and the extremely poor quality of the wood. My husband went to the store to ask about replacement...again... "in the house". Do NOT waste the hundreds or thousands on poor quality and deplorable customer service. We love to support local, but will advise anyone against this store. There was never resolution or compromise, despite our efforts. As I began to warn friends when shopping conversation arose, MANY have had the same experience as we. I must point out these instances have all been within the last few years... We purchased ours over a year ago, but as I am STILL hearing friends go through the same experience, I haaad to place a review! I'm so sad for Bonham. We need better representation. And yes... we also had to wait 6 weeks for delivery.

Interesting response. Three years may be the timeline, but that only proves the poor quality as it still sheds. Moreover, anyone can read my public reviews to see that my "defamatory reviews" simply aren't true, and to the contrary, I rarely leave a poor review. My review was a true experience. Casey helped coordinate everything together from the furniture, lamps, tables, and area rugs, and knowing what kind of decor I wanted, she did it with ease! Dwayne and I were so impressed with both her and her husband on how knowledgeable they were! We were so happy we did the business with them instead of a big box store! I live probably close to 40 or 50 miles away the reason I asked before I drove all the way over there. She gave mea price of 14??.00. I was so mad they wasted my time.
