Staff was friendly but were not dressed professionally. I only saw that the doctor was wearing scrubs. I expected the staff to resemble the professionalism that was portrayed in the photo on their website. It was not a good first impression. I arrived early and waited well past my scheduled appointment time. The Doctor was nice but was masked and could not stop touching and adjusting it which is a shame because doctors should know better when using PPE, especially when the PPE is not at all effective against COVID-19. There was another staff member wearing a mask as well. As the staff gets close to a patient's face during eye exams and fittings, I find this to be quite unsanitary and frankly, disgusting. Unfortunately, its a deal breaker for me as I won't participate or subject my family to those still participating in this cultish behavior. Needless to say I won't be going back.

The staff were all very friendly, they were quick for how busy they were and only having one person at the front. The nurse was sweet The doctor was FANTASTIC I had my (verry fussy) 1 year old son with me during my exam and he handled it like a champ!! He even tried to help soothe my son and went a lityle faster so i could get him home (: not once during my visit did anyone working there make me feed awkward because he was crying. PLUS i have a rather high prescription, not many eye places keep it on hand, AND THEY ACTUALLY HAD IT ON HAND!!!! They were kind and understanding all and all best experience I've ever had at...

Fabulous care, fantastic service, and amazing staff!!! I have very low vision and a plethora of eye issues- my exam was beyond thorough and I am finally able to see !!! The Dr. is caring, a good listener, and takes time with patients to offer individualized treatment and vision correction! I bring my children here as well.
