Majestic 6 Theatre — Local services in Bonham

Tonight Friday September 6th 2019 showing at 6:35pm IT. My husband and I took our three children. We love scary movies! Pretty far into the movie I saw someone coming into the movie theater that we were in and that person was just standing there looking at everyone that was watching the movie. This of course startled me a bit because a lot of active shootings have gone on. It has been a very hard time for all of us I believe. I kept an eye on this person not knowing what was going to happen. This person in fact was a employee of this movie theater and I later found of her name is Michelle. She walked to the side front of the theater in front of the screen and stated to yell and scream for who ever has their feet on the seats to take them off unless they want to clean her seats and anyone on their cell phones shouldnt be on them at all. Look I understand that but she should of confronted those people and or teenager's in a professional manner that would not startle and be disruptive to others that are trying to relax on a Friday night. Not have a employee of the theater think it is okay to disrupt customers and scare them. My children told me that they thought she was someone who was going to hurt us. Do you know how horrible that is? After the movie my husband and I did ask to speak with this women and anot her employee went to get her. We confronted her and she only would tell us her first name. She tried to apologize but we could not accept that because that was not what we paid for! She was a very cold person she should be ashamed of herself! I would like corporate to reach out to me. This needs to be taken care of. I believe it is reasonable to say that that is not professional behavior that is not at all how you run a business. A police officer was there and did witness us confronting her and making our complaint. We did not pay for Michelle to come in the middle of our movie and start to yell and scream at us! My family and I originally were going to go to the movie theaters in Sherman , but I said why not go here in town. I really ate my words tonight on that one! Horrible customer service! Couldn't even watch and movie with out a employee yelling and screaming at us! Even if it is the only movie theater in town I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Very affordable ticket prices. Seats are not so comfortable but they're okay. The people that sold us our tickets were friendly. We reason for the 3 stars is we cause the last movie on a Saturday and I bought a 10 dollar large drink so 20 min after we sat down I went back up to the counter with my 2 year old daughter and asked if I could get a refill and immediately the guy that was working Saud yes but as soon as he said that a lady on her knees under the counter said were closed and can't accept payment so I can't give you anything. I explained I just wanted a refill and that her co worker already said it was okay but she explained that fhey are a dollar for a refill and since the register was closed I couldn't get a refill at all. That is terrible customer service she went out of her way to not let me get ny drink refilled which the fountain was right there and didn't cost any extra effort. Can’t get anybody answer the phone can’t find any showtimes online. Can’t get a response to an email. I need to get a hold of who owns the theater who reopen it because I might be able to. I’ve come into some money here and I would like to either turn it into a drive-in or actually upgrade the theater myself if you are closing it down but the theater obviously isn’t open or just no one is answering the phone and also y’all are not putting y’all Showtime online Along with Majestic theater six that’s in Greenville because or this is Majestic theater six I don’t know I’m confused yeah this is Majestic theater six majestic theater 12 is in Greenville and that one’s open that shows all the showtimes and it used to show all the showtime for this theater online too.
