Chef Justin prepared an absolutely fabulous dinner with family and friends for my husband’s 70th birthday. We began with passed hors d’oeuves: duck confit, shrimp and avocado, and lamb meatballs with tzatziki- all perfectly presented and bursting with freshness and flavour. Our appetizer course was huge and succulent scallops on a bed of succotash and romesco sauce. We practically licked the plates. The main course was filet of beef with tiny baked potatoes stuffed with beef short rib, and a spinach tart, on parsnip purée. So delicious, and cooked to perfection. Dessert was a champagne sabayon with fresh berries and peaches. Our daughter declared it the best dessert she’d ever had. Chef Justin was charming as he described each dish to the table. He was punctual and professional, left the kitchen spotless. And a word for his server Taylor, who was a pleasure, anticipating our needs gracefully. I was planning on throwing my father a 89th birthday party at a beautiful house in downtown Naples. I’m not from the area, so needed help finding a caterer for a party of 20 people (ages 24-89!) Chef Justin was a recommendation through a very good friend in Naples ( the kind of friend you call when you need an excellent referral!) Chef Justin could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Easy going. He came up with sample menus. His appetizer list alone was incredible and not run of the mill. All handmade nibbles like bite size chicken pot pie empanadas. He came hours before to set up and brought 2 great servers. They immediately set up the bar, buffet station, etc. It was seamless. And the food was perfect. Tenderloin Fresh chimichurri. Chicken Marsala. Sweet potato hash, A salad with burratta and pomegranate, roast squash .. there was much more. My father was overjoyed. Not only is Chef Justin an incredibly talented chef, but he’s also a decent and caring person who brought joy to my dad on his birthday, and to me as well- I was able to enjoy the party completely!...

Justin recently catered a dinner for 8 of our friends from college at our home on Marco Island. I would give the whole experience 10 stars if I could. Everyone raved about the dinner for the rest of the weekend! First of all the food was phenomenal! He came up with a fabulous menu and also helped us pick out wine for each course. The presentation was beautiful and Justin came to the table and explained each course of the dinner.
