I was among the first residents to move in to this property. I worked closely with Makayla and Trinity and even with a big task on their hands of all that comes with managing a brand new property, they did it as gracefully as possible (even with factors out of their control) and always with kindness. Anytime I had questions or needed clarity, they always answered the phone to walk me through anything. Even now as a resident for a few months, I can always count on Makayla and trinity to answer my questions, wether on the phone or walking right over to their office, they are always so welcoming and kind.
I toured this while scoping apartments in Bonita/Fort Myers (there is NOTHING like this property) & after with a friend who was curious about living here. Seeing trinity touring (as a resident now) & Makayla and trinity working together to help my friend with finding their new home, it truly instilled confidence that they are a GREAT and welcoming team. Consistently treating people with patience and understanding.
As far as the property itself, there truly is nothing like it. You get the benefits of living in what feels like a tiny home (speaking from having a one bedroom…the two and three bedrooms are HUGE and are actual homes), with a yard….but also all the amenities of an apartment. My personal experience living in the unit has been great. It feels like I live in a home. I love that even with a one bedroom, I have a dedicated space for my desk. Working from home, having a small nook by the stairs to set up your work station was a HUGE selling point for me. The internet is fast. Not even just for work, but also streaming. The oven is awesome (which is something I would never care about but it has an air fry option) & the fridge has two ice options.
I was floored at the landscaping of this place. It’s just absolutely gorgeous. The property is always clean (even with the construction that is basically now completed), they kept the property in pristine condition. Also, somehow, I barley even noticed construction happening. The buildings are very good at blocking out sound! I can’t even believe my unit is connected with another because I never hear anything. This is something the builders made sure of, to really soundproof these units.
The yards are such a nice touch especially with a dog. There are two dog parks on the property
that are a perfect size to let your dog get their zoomies out. And if you need even more space for your dog there’s literally a dog park 3 minutes up the road that is huge!
The pool area is so amazing and relaxing. Even a great place to work from home (when it’s not so hot) as it has a covered seating area with tables and chairs and a TV. The umbrellas, cabanas are all resort tier furniture.
The gym is small but mighty. Stair stepper, treadmill, basically everything you need to get a full, well rounded workout! It over looks the pool so it gets great light and has a beautiful view of the landscaping.
The clubhouse is so trendy and adorable. They also have small snacks in there which I think is such a thoughtful touch by swell. Especially if you are by the pool and just need a small bite, it really is just an amazing touch.
The walking trail is incredible. Such a great place to go take your dog for a quick “business” walk. Or just get up and move while working. Again the landscaping is amazing.
The area around the property is quiet and there’s more walking trails only a 2 minute drive across the street with a kayak launch! Not to mention you are only a 14 minute drive (out of season) to barefoot beach. This was just the cherry ontop. You are also 8 minutes from sugar shack and other cute restaurants. Midtown Bonita is also being built up right down the road. You are also 5 minute from Publix and 3 minutes to a racetrac. I mean really this place has all you need in a short drive!
Only con would be the seashells in the yard, took my dog some time to get use too and I feel you have to water the shells if your dog uses...
