I cannot say enough about how amazing it was working with Mr Kinney. I originally came to him for a replacement of a bad power supply but my motherboard was going bad also. He was able to diagnose the issues and recommend the best course of action. I asked him if while he was at it he could replace the processor and ram as well. This was not a problem and, no additional charge except for price of parts. He was amazingly knowledgeable and responsive, sending multiple pictures of different parts and his expert recommendations.

This guy did so much work that I legitimately feel bad for how much I paid him. He was on the ball the entire time. My experience was so amazing that this will be my forever computer guy.

If you need anything done to your pc. If it's running slow or you need a part replaced - call this man. You will not get a better experience or price anywhere else. I know, I called and spoke to multiple other businesses in the area.

The hard drive on my Toshiba laptop crashed. I mailed my laptop to Josh Kinney and he had it reimaged the day after he received it. Josh was very helpful in educating me on what version of MS Windows to use on my laptop. Being 10 years old my laptop came with Windows 7. He explained the pros and cons of reimaging with Windows 7 and upgrading to Windows 10 versus just installing Windows 10 to start with, so I elected to pay a little more and just have Windows 10 installed. He also worked with me on selecting the version of Microsoft Office to install on my laptop. This was great service and a super fast turn around time at a very reasonable price.
