The Janesville store is a home based store and inventory selection seems to reflect this. Farm & Fleet is a great store, but not all of the employees are as helpful as would be expected. We believe this is because of the attitude management has towards them. We also dislike the handicap carts that the store fails to keep in decent repair. It appears that once again the management has little concern for disabled customers. While we believe there is a need for Farm & Fleet, in this market, it is not always our first choice Last year Fleet & Farm considered a store in the area which, if was built, Blain's would have to consider some major changes. The young man told me that he would schedule them to be installed Monday at noon was the soonest. So I checked on them Monday after doing some shopping, around 12:20 only to be told it would be another hour and a half.I have never seen such lazy and unprofessional guys in my life. Its obvious these guys don't really know what customer service is all about. I told them to load them back in my van and not one of them said one word to me to try and make it right.
