The Play House — Local services in Bonus Township

We have used these guys for chair and table rentals for the last 2 years. We just reserved our first water slide! I cannot wait. They have great communication and are more than helpful in every way!!!! I can never say enough good about this company. You will not be disappointed believe me! We will defiantly be leaving another review in August when the grandkids get to enjoy their Nanas back yard thanks to Play House

EDIT These guys are the best, we are doing fundraiser for a local boy who lost his parents and grandpa to cancer in less than 15 months and they are donating an obstacle course to our event!!!!! You will be sad if you do not use...

If youre considering using this company, heres your sign to DO IT. HIGHLY RECCOMEND. I contacted a bunch of rental places at the same time. Everyone was slacking A LOT on responses except these guys. Whether I called early in the morning or late at night, 98% of the time, I got a response. FANTASTIC communication. Extremely fair prices. High quality products. Usually when you rent chairs, they are cheap and flimsy and crappy. The chairs I recieved were sturdy, even on uneven ground! Comfy too! The bounce house was in fantastic condition. People said it looked like it was brand new. The drop off/pick up crew were timely, kind, and focused. I even had an issue (my fault) with my rental and it was fixed in a single phone call, not one issue. If I had all the money in the world, I'd rent from them every day. Absolutely...

My party rental drop off time was between 1 and 2 PM however they didn’t show up until 4 o’clock and took over an hour to set up and left the wrong jumper that was even cheaper than the original one that I had purchased. I message for partial refund but they never message back. I ordered three jumpers and a dunk tank. A large portion of my guests came and left before anything that even arrived it was so embarrassing and heartbreaking for my daughter with her friends from school. I was truly embarrassed. I kept calling the company and they wouldn’t give me a time and they kept saying they were going to call me back and didn’t. They later threaten to cancel because we were understandably upset. This was our main event for a hot day in the sun....
