New Jersey Pool Management — Local services in Boonton

Absolutely the worst pool company! Our development switched pool management and our pool is now GREEN, I had to ask the kid/lifeguard to please vacuum (and he didn’t even connect the hosing to anything), and the lifeguards sit with headphones in all day, lounging in the shade and no where near the pool! There’s no way they can see the bottom of the deep end at any given time. Not to mention they up and leave the pool area completely (out the gate) multiple times a day for some unknown reason! I wouldn’t recommend these children guards to anyone nor world I trust them to save lives. I have pictures to back all of this up but I’d rather not share publicly because I don’t think it’s the guards fault - it’s the company....
