Hands down i will only use this company for concrete work from now on. I ask for a 30x30 4 inches thick pad for my garage build and 30x30 4 inches thick is what I got. I pulled a tape measure and its dead on the money all the way around. Luis and his crew started digging the footings by hand on Tuesday morning and by Thursday evening the concrete was hard enough to walk on. These guys don't mess around. Luis kept me informed on everything he was doing. Because the way my land is laid out and the strick zone I live in i had to give him a small bondrey to work in which was less than a foot in either direction.
