T&D Variety — Local services in Boothbay

Unwelcoming staff member on our visit today. When asked if there was a bathroom, she pointed to it and rudely stated that it's for paying customers only (which is also posted on the bathroom door). I get that, but you are also the first gas station people come across when they come into Boothbay and have had a long ride. I was going to buy something anyway, and actually decided to only buy one thing because when I came out, the same lady was sweeping the floor and going on and on complaining about people using the bathroom. Someone else came over to ring me up, and she was nice at least. It was just an unwelcoming experience that made you feel like you'd rather get in and get out. I stopped at 3pm sunday to fill a company vehicle i was using with gas. As i was filling up the lights went out in the store and gas pump stopped. Pump would not dispense a receipt and worker would not open the door so I could ask for one. Now i gotta explain to my boss why there is an unexplained charge on the company card AND no gas in the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! STOP AT...
