Purchased an Ayo Jack Herer strain cart on sept. 5th which I sent an email conplaining about my experience and it took them this long to respond. When I opened it the oil it looked really dark. 1st puff was terrible burnt tastes. So I brought it back the next morning to the Bossier location where it was purchased from. They graciusly exchanged it and to my surprise also didnt want to keep the oil from my original prurchase which was also returned to me. Went to my car where my wife was waiting since I just had surgery and cant drive yet. Opened the new package and upon comparison both oil were the same dark color. I screwed it on to my gdf battery and took a puff. Burned flavor. So, immediately went back inside. Where I was made to come back outside to prove the carts both carts worked. As they were opened the associate immediately said yeah they look butned. Which was very confusing given my comlaint of burnt oil. Disgusting and now high had to reexplain to everyone that it works fine its the quality and burnt flavor assuming its a bad batch. Then they told me there was nothing they could do except give me this email address. So, here I am high as a 747 in the Bossier city gdf parking lot typing this to you. Buddy on the block is cheaper. Your products are too expensive for this. My email response said that is not their policy and there is nothing they can do for bad flavor. Very let down that the cheaper brand has better quality control. Also why is it not policy when Ive had carts that dont smoke and their automatic response is to replace it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreJackie was very helpful and wonderful! Only 3 star because a sassy man who claim to be the GM was horrible. I wouldāve left and went to another store because of his attitude. He was boot licking all the caucasian new customer but was rude and unprofessional with me. Couldnāt answer simple questions. Dramatically got his supervisor instead of giving me a simple answer or phone number. As a new patient people will have questions. I simplified my questions so he could give simple answers but no. When I finally got to go to the back area, the Supposedly, GM tried to get one of the staff member to switch the product that was sealed to selling an unsealed jar. Sketchy! I decline and Jackie continue to check me out.
During my extended wait, I notice he treated everyone who has his skin complexion the same way, his family clearly was in fields. Brown and far from caucasian. Iām not sure how the non-Caucasians in this area behave but in customer service you need to treat all your customers the same and not to be rude or to people of your own race.
The security also added to the charm and made the 1.5hr wait less painful. He was very polite to every customer coming and going. Jackie saved the day, he carries himself more...

Phone calls are deliberately ignored constantly with no way of patients getting through for medication needs and/or questions. They say you can get a birthday preroll if you sign up for the rewards program, however; when you do so and finally get your special email, youāre turned away saying āwe are no longer allowed to manually override discountsā??? I have even purchased multiple products where I was shorted once I actually took the time to weigh out the product(s) myself (I am always encouraged to email cultivation for clarity, which we all know does not get you anywhere). I have even witnessed employees openly degrading customers in front of other guests. HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not be returning. I truly pray as a fellow lover of cannabis that this company tries to rectify these situations- it is a shame they are the only option for some based on...
