Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bossier City

Left work and stopped on in at this Taco Bell last night. Nothing out of the ordinary. Walked on up to order off the good Ole do it yourself, needed to pay cash so I chose the proper option. Waited at least for 7 minutes for someone to take my money 🤑. Two employees where on the cook line trying to get an order out to the drive thru. Look over towards the drive thru employee she is standing at the drive thru register on her phone typing away. At this time about 5 minutes has gone by and no one has acknowledged me what so ever. So I continue to stand there waiting to pay for my one item. About 2 more minutes goes by and another employee walks from the dining area on her phone talking to someone on speaker. She asked if I was waiting to pay?? I replied " Yes" she orders the other person that she is on the phone to... " Hold on" while she takes my payment. No apologies for the wait and actually not even a ' Thank You ' . She barely wanted to give me my change. It' was not until I spoke and said Thank You did she reply with a (Your welcome !) . I can understand if the drive thru was packed. But that is far from the reason. I get you also have your online orders. I do this myself for a living as well. Do better at this location and acknowledge the guests. They are the whole reason...

I just purchased 6 tacos at this restaurant. I am not sure what was wrong with them but they tasted funny. The shells seemed stale and my husband, nor I, would eat them. Even he said there was something not right about them. I waited for nearly 20 minutes to get them and honestly, I used to eat here a lot, and it was always good. However, there were only 2 people working (and doing a good job) on the food line. I don't fault them for this. But I could not eat this food. I was afraid it would make me sick. So, I wasted my lunch hour and had NOTHING for lunch. After my first bite, I did not eat anymore. I am disappointed I did not get any lunch. They forgot my chips and cheese and I had to go back and ask for that. So, overall, I did not have a good experience. I like the people there and they are always nice and polite. I am sure they would have given me another batch had I driven back down there. (this was "to go") I think those shells were very old and stale but the meat tasted weird too. Sad... My $12...

This Taco Bell was the worst one that I have ever been to. The food was not as described, which is understandable sometimes, but the young lady who took our order was very rude and slammed the window in our face, pretty much threw our order at us, and was irritated when we asked for hot sauce. On top of that, we got down the road to find out that there was not even any cheese in our order for the nachos we ordered AND when we went back, the young woman was still rude and very unprofessional AND the cheese sauce was burnt. Her name was Elysa. I will never go back to...
