I have been acquainted with Mahaffey Farms for years, and always have a place in my heart for their quality and sustainable practices. But I’ve never understood the quality and care first hand of their chicken in particular, until I’ve spent a hundred hours butchering whole chickens for menu items at SALT. Deliveries are prompt, and the chicken is perfectly cleaned and dressed.
