There is so much I want to say but I'm not sure where to start so I guess the beginning and how the situation came to be is always the best place so here goes. My husband and I found ourselves in serious need of a new car (due to ours being totaled) but the road leading up to it was gonna be a long one. See we are currently in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and after a lot of research and prayers we decided to take that big step and request approval to incur new debt. By the grace of God it was granted to us! We didn’t really know where to begin but I have ALWAYS loved Kia’s so on January 28, 2022 began a new journey for us but let me tell you we had the VERY BEST sales team Orr Kia Bossier has to offer! We get there and the first person we see is Deah she met us right away and not one time after that did she leave our side. She introduced us to Brad Williams and once our application was complete Brad and Deah got to work on what vehicles would fit in our guidelines. Within 20 minutes we test drove 2 the last being a 2016 Kia Sportage and we both fell in love with it. We told Brad and Deah which one we wanted and within 20 mins Brad came back said the deal is done! Just that quick I’m telling you these two are a dynamic duo for real!! I can’t leave my girl Krystal Jordan in finance out not only was she just awesome in every way but she also kept us laughing with a very funny diva doggie video! Once we signed and waited on our vehicle Brad stopped by to let us know they put 4 brand new tires on our Sportage, took care of any updates, detailed it and filled our gas tank up before we left!! Deah kept a watch out for our car being serviced and made sure we knew what was going on! I can’t say enough about how smooth this process was from start to finish! Deah and Brad constantly checked in on us while we waited,. They made sure we was ok! Read moreI bought a truck from them, that was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I directly had no problems with the salesperson, Brad. However, the manager, Jimmy, was very problematic and unwilling to correct any wrongs. Upon test driving the truck, the windshield had a crack that went horizontally over at least 2/3 of the windshield. Before buying, they agreed to replace it whenever I had time. The reason for when I had time was because I was leaving that night for work. I work offshore and wouldn't be home for 28 days. The salesperson honored the agreement on the windshield and had it repaired when I got home. However, when I got to the truck after finishing my hitch offshore the battery was dead. I double checked and didn't leave anything on, the battery is bad. While waiting on the paperwork for the truck I was buying, I noticed on 3 separate occasions employees taking power station jump starters out of the building and into the parking lot. I didn't think anything of it until my truck wouldn't start. That is the first the problem which Jimmy is not willing to help with. The next problem is the tailgate will not open now and the plastic cap on top the tailgate is now coming off. After inspecting it, I noticed that there are 2 screws in the top cap that don't belong there and that the screws for access panel have been taken out. There are a couple of those screws that have the head stripped out. It seems that it was slapped together and made to hold just long enough for the sale. This is the second problem Jimmy is unwilling to correct. I've had the vehicle for about 5 weeks now, 4 of those it was parked in a secure location, and have already had 3 issues which all signs indicate the dealership knew of and there is nothing they will do to remedy it. Nothing has come up in the price range we were willing to work with, that we were interested in, until we saw this 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT on their website by chance. Their entire team was incredible! However, there are some special shout outs I have to recognize! Deah Thornhill, made us feel so welcome, even with bringing our 3 year old into the office. We brought her to see how good of a fit this van would truly be for our family and this woman made the experience so child friendly! I can also say this is the first time we've gone in to do a trade in and actually traded in our vehicle. We felt we were receiving a quality offer for our trade in and were not getting screwed over, like we have in the past at other dealerships.
