Subway — Restaurant in Bossier City

This is the worst of the worst places to eat. This review is based on three separate visits over the past year. Each time has been an escalating problem with the staff and it's at the point it needs to be called out. This place needs to have every single employee, manager, owner, assistant manager, whoever, removed and new people brought in. From the rest of the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who is fed up with this location and the employees there.

Note I will be using the term "they" in this review in reference to the employees of this location. This is being used for brevity and nothing more.

Let's start with the rude employees that have zero sense of customer service. They do not read orders and if you have a problem, the manager is gonna chew you out if you have the audacity to ask for what you paid for. They will claim you told them wrong or didn't tell them at all despite standing there with the receipt in your hand for your on line order. They will lie to your face about you and gaslight you if you try to speak up for yourself. There's a drive-thru, but don't use it because they get incredibly passive aggressive at you. But don't go inside either because they also hate that and will take it out on you. The chairs are often flipped on the tables and the attitude is icey at best. If you can get the employees to stop playing around, talking, chatting on their phones or whatever else they are doing, you will have the joy of receiving a sandwich that looks like it was run over by a car. They cancel on line orders and tell you "it's the system". It's not. It's the lazy employees refusing to work. They are absolutely unclean and the employees feel zero need to clean the building, wear gloves or hairnets. The building is gross, but the attitudes are disgusting. They are beyond rude, they will lie, they will steal your money, they will claim you are the problem, they will hang up on you and they will not care because they know they won't get fired. They will dare you to call corporate on them and laugh at you as you try to get your money back for them refusing to do their job. They are lazy, useless, unclean and beyond unacceptable as representatives and as a place to try to eat. Do not eat here. Do not stop here. This place needs to have a complete washing and rehiring before anyone gives them another dime. The only way to make this situation better is to stop supporting them until they get better staff and and understanding of...

I am giving them 3 stars because the sandwich wasn’t bad, but the experience was, well, something. First of all, why is it so dark in this store? I thought it had closed with how ominous it looks. Secondly, I walked in and there was no one to be found and all the chairs on the table as if they were closing (well before 7pm). Finally, when the two individuals who were employees came out of “the back,” it was pretty obvious they had been up to something. No greeting, no asking what I wanted, just weirdly staring at me. I can only assume I interrupted something of a sexual nature or a break to take in some “herbal refreshments.” Or maybe they are from another planet, or actual A.I.s plotting our doom.

Whatever it was, it was very strange and made me feel very uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding this place because the employees are shady, as is this store. Go to the one by the hospital; those girls are normal...

I placed an online order at 9am for four sandwiches. The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I got there at 9:20 and the subs weren’t ready. The employee and some guy in pajamas pants and a tank top who was behind the counter wouldn’t stop talking.I patiently waited until 9:30 and asked if they were ready. The employee gave me a stupid look and said ok. I still had to wait an additional 3 minutes for the sub to be ready. Terrible customer service and unsanitary...
