Koenig Equipment — Local services in Botkins

When I purchased my zero turn we bought the extended warranty. The first time we dropped it off I had a flat front tire, when I said something to the service guys about why it was flat they came out with a string plug and plugged it and said there you go. Second time my son picked it up and was charged for the whole bill, he didn’t know it was under warranty so he paid it, I had to call and have it put back on his card several days later. Third time we brought it it we were told the blades were bad, and the guide wheels were worn out, I was quoted one price but when my wife picked up we were charged more then what we we’re told. The bolt on the driver side wheel sticks out so far if I get close to a fence or wall it scrapes the fence and snags it. It sticks out past my deck. Attention to detail is lacking after spending over 7000.00...

I sold cars for 12 years was shocked by how poor the custer service was at the other 4-5 John Deere stores I reached out to about used mowers. I called Botkins, they provided me all the details, emailed everything they said they would, and kept their word. The mower was just dropped off yesterday and while it could explode next time I'm out (used is used), they were upfront with everything, and I am very happy. The X380 was cleaned, serviced, and even had a full tank of gas waiting for me when I got off work.

If Botkins spends this much attention to detail on a $3,200 mower, I can't imagine what they do on farm implements. I am very happy I went to...

I shopped online at many JD dealerships, decided to contact my closest dealer that is not AG sombody. Spoke with Brian about my needs and wants in a new zero turn. He suggested a 970R. I wasn't sure about needing that much motor for a 60" deck, but when he told me what Koenig would do after the sale, and then "the price" - that blew everybody else out of the water, then I know that Koenig was the dealership for me.
