Boulder Creek — Local services in Boulder

So much fun to tube. However it used to be very clean but over the past few years I have noticed more and more non locals showing up with huge gazebos and tents, home bbq set ups, staking out large areas so there is no room for others, playing loud mariachi music and just trashing the restrooms and creek. Before even the local homeless cared and kept it clean and respected everyone. Maybe somemore bike police or parks patrol to write littering tickets. Us locals cant even enjoy our own...
