Cordobes Foods — Local services in Firestone

Cordobes has quickly become my favorite butcher shop in the Denver area. They mostly do online nationwide shipping but you can visit their showroom in Longmont, which is open daily to the public. Just an unbelievable selection of choice, prime and wagyu beef from Uruguay, Argentina and America. Plus Uruguay and Colorado lamb, pork, chicken and a crazy selection of homemade sausages and charcuterie. Here’s a sample of items I’ve bought in 3 visits: Wagyu strip steak and tri-tip from Uruguay, a whole lobe of foie gras, homemade guanciale, coppa, and pancetta, Argentine style pork sausages, jalapeño-cheddar sausages, Brazilian linguica, pork “secreto” cutlets, Uruguay lamb picanha, and Uruguay lamb chops. This is a FRACTION of what they carry. But the best part about Cordobes are the employees. You will not find better customer service anywhere! Nico and his sister Tina lead this family and their long history of running a butcher shop in Ecuador. You feel like family as soon as you walk in their showroom. Today a gentleman brought out various sausages for me to sample, including a delicious blood sausage. Even if by some miracle they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can easily source it and can help with recommendations on literally anything. So glad I only live about 15...

This is probably one of the most AWESOME Experiences I have every had in my life going to buy meat. ITS Literally the "Speak Easy" of the meats!! Niko and his family is so nice and welcoming, very informative of all their product and selection, they literally treat you like kings/queens and every time you go in there its like you have your own personal tour guide and explanations for everything, they take personal requests and reach back to you once they have what you are looking for, I would definitely recommend this place and constantly keep coming back to this place just simply for their service and hospitality, As they would call it "Its their passion".

Their meat and sausage selections are huge, even down to premium A5, decently priced, fresh, delicious what more can you you ask for!

Absolutely amazing experience going inside. At first I pulled up to a warehouse and was a little confused, don’t let the looks fool you! Give them a call and they’ll bring you inside to their grocery story area. The hospitality and knowledge I was given when inside was absolutely amazing. The amount of product that they have that you can’t find anywhere else is absolutely mind blowing, they also have rare meats!

I met the daughter, son, father and I can only say very sweet things about these kind hearted very hard working people. I was stunned by the amount of hospitality. I will be back, but next time bringing family that are also into amassing...
