Crazy Beautiful Salon — Local services in Bountiful

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. I absolutely loved my hairstyle and the stylist who did it was a doll and very strait forward and professional. However, the attitude I receive whenever I call the salon and unprofessionalism over the phone has made me reconsider returning. I called and left a message requesting a call back for pedi & eyebrows... two days go by... no response.... I called again, only to have a girl who seemed bothered I was asking speak to me, then she just handed me off the number of the nail tech... didn't inquire any further... It was pretty much the same experience when I called for my hair prior to this. Also, I let them know their website is nonfunctioning and apparently that still has not been repaired. I am not someone who expects to have their feet kissed but I paid a lot of money there and even wanted to return to spend more money but the connection with the public and the rude, snide attitude of whoever answers the phone has made me change my mind. It's 2017, get on board with your phones/website and let the people who answer the phone know their making your salon come across as...

Thank you Justin and everyone at Crazy Beautiful Salon. I do indeed feel beautiful, fabulous, and loved by every one of you. The salon is chaos but that’s what it’s supposed to be. Good music going from Justin’s iPad and the chatter of professional stylists working away with their clients. Justin was AMAZING. Taking the time to listen to me and focus on how my hair acts and reacts to things. He produced one of the best, most amazing cuts I have had in YEARS if not in my lifetime. I have found my new stylist and I know each and every one of his stylists there will treat you with the same amount of care is he did with me. Thank you so much for the amazing cut, style...

Can't quit smiling! Justin, the owner, stood with integrity and entirely transformed my hair that was ruined by Brenda. It is GORGEOUS! And you can see the brass removal and full weave that I had paid for. My hair no longer tangles, but swings model style when I turn my head. Justin even spoiled me with a gift bag full of goodies. Plus, he's a great guy who anyone would enjoy spending a few hours with. Simultaneously, a consummate professional.
