Best Friends has been a true blessing! We originally used a different daycare that worked for logistical reasons, but the care level quickly diminished. Then we found out about best friends from a friend, and It has made a world of difference. My wife drops him off in the morning on her way to work, and our dog Brodie sprints to the front door every single day! He loves the staff just as much as we do. In the afternoon I get to pick him up, and he is all smiles. He is even know to try and kiss the staff good night. The best advice I can give you is to simply just stop by and visit. On our initial visit we were greeted by Jessica who was incredibly sweet, and beaming with positive energy. Since that first day a couple of years ago Jess is still every bit as energetic, and no matter how your work day went she will put a smile on your face. The entire staff are genuine animal lovers. We all wish we could have our animals with us everyday, but for one reason or another we need doggie daycare. The staff that Kim has put together not only makes me feel better about having to leave my dog, but it makes me feel happy to leave him with them. He loves them, and they love him. It really is that simple. If you are reading this review you are obviously curious about this daycare. Let me help you make the easiest decision you will make this week. Go and visit Kim, and her staff. Once you walk in you will be treated like family. Feel free to ask any customers what they think about Best Friends or let the wagging tails tell you all you...
Read moreI still feel the same, Staff have been great through this tough time can’t thank you enough for being there for Kayla. She is always excited to go to camp and play with her friends. however, although I understand the situation these days. But I feel I may have to relocate where I take her due to the hours of opening. I would increase my days to 3 days a week if they opened up earlier which I have done in the past. I still have to go to work and with them opening at 9 is not working for my work life. I always took Kayla 3 days a week sometimes 4. But due to the change of hours I only come once or twice a week. Kayla needs more than 2 times a week and it is making it difficult for her to get her needed play time. She has been going there for 5 years and would hate to make that change as I see other dog camps open earlier and may need to bring her elsewhere. Even if drop off was at 8am would be so much better than 9am The pick up time is still ok. But the time to drop off is so late I ask who goes to work for 10am because that is the time I get to work when I go on Wednesday to drop off I ask to change the time to 8 even if it is a few times a week. I would definitely be back to my normal 3 to 4 days a week verses the 1 to 2 times a week. And honestly the 2 second day is a Saturday which I pay less so where are they making money. I will give it one more month and if the hours do not change I will have to find a new camp for Kayla which I would hate to do as she loves...
Read moreThis place is not very professional at all. The old manager was reasonable and we actually enjoyed taking our dog to be boarded here. The new manager is unprofessional and has enacted policies that are completely unreasonable. For instance, we purchased 20 stays and it came with 10 additional stays. That was just prior to the pandemic and now that we would like to actually use them, they stated that we forfeited the 10 extra visits that came with the package and we now only had 2 months to use the 20 credits. They said that they were only extending the 20 credits we purchased for 2 months now that the pandemic is over. When we pointed out to them that the pandemic is not over, they said that they have been open the whole time. And they also stated that the credits were non-refundable. We have been taking our dog there for years but they treated us so poorly, we are now going elsewhere. Very poor business practice and they are not customer...
