As a small carrier driver il will never be back to pick up ever again. We were forced to wait almost 5 hours for a damn door even though we. we're on time ⏲️ and parked in directory were we were told to go I guess next time il make sure I'm late then I can get loaded in felt neglected because I was a small carrier everyone else got doors right away that's alright were gone charge Tropicana detention and get a nice 500 dollar fee for them for Making us lose half the day of driving away il make sure your product isn't delivered on time so maybe it'll be unloaded quicker been kn this business for 8 years that's wrong making drivers wait that long And not accommodating truck parking I left up the road and got a spot at pilot I will never be back at Tropicana ever again . Very very upset with them right now very disappointed the way they treat small carriers bad place to load at also absolutely do not try to park overnight they will pound on your door till you wake up I give this place zero stars I don't recommend large or small carriers to come here !!! 😀 il load elsewhere next time ! 8/10/25 prime.- did a drop n hook delivering a loaded trailer to TROBRI. No issues here checked in with the security guard on the way in. This facility works on the line colors. They'll tell you which color to follow to get to where you need to be.

After dropping loaded, next load was at TROB19. This is the same place but it's back at warehouse 19. Came in the same direction for the security guard, follow the blue line all the way back to warehouse 19, this place here you check in physically and if your load is ready it is hanging on the bulletin board. Make sure all your numbers match and that it's going to the location that you're supposed to be going too. No...

I want to give 0 star, no one at the gate has a sense of humor, women have no brains, they get jealous of each other and they suck the drivers brains, just to show off that I work better than others, I had an appointment at 6 pm, I reached half an hour before, she said come on time, I parked on the road, when I came to the gate again she said come at 7 pm, the staff has changed, I said I have an appointment at 6 pm, she said I don't care and she said don't park inside, many drivers said they take a long time to loaded i got the door 9.38pm now 2am but...
