The worst facility I ever been at,rude and not able to communicate “woman”at the gate,asked me for seal number I said that it’s on BOL that I gave her she said no she needs a seal number I repetead,than she asked me to take a picture of it ,I showed her a picture and she told me that I have to do my job while she “does”her,what if there is another seal actually and I just showed her a pic that I took at pick up ?after that they needed a COA,ok that not their fall I called broker and asked for it than a guy pulled up to me and asked to back in to the dock cause they got it,I did ant went to sleeping just fell asleep and they woke me up with words that they didn’t receive that COA,so i had to pull out,after 4 hours I pulled up again to the dock and formality driver just threw my load bars on the ground after I just parked so I didn’t even had time to remove them from the trailer also they don’t even let you...

Had a scheduled drop/hook for a 10 am when Tropicana called and asked if we wanted to do a live load at 23:00 the night before. We accepted. Arrived 8 hrs before my live load appointment and the security was very pleasant and helped me find a place to park since there is no parking at Tropicana and you can only arrive 2 hrs prior to scheduled appointment (Park at the DeSoto Square Mall, approx 2 mi away, mall is closed but parking lot is wide open. Plus, if you park in the right spot, there is a Hungry Howie's right there). Returned at 9pm for 11pm appointment. Went to the staging area.
