Sassy Sisters Salon — Local services in Brady Township

A friend of mine recommended sassy sisters the first time she had gone, she said it was a great experience, Ashley was great and the haircut and coloring was perfect. But the second time going it was a different experience. Ashley was very distracted by her kids being there. Felt like she just wasnt there. It just seemed like the quality of the haircut wasn't up to her usual standards because of her kids being there. She also noticed that the place wasn't being kept up on. They are not cleaning the floors correctly.I see hair and grime on chairs and on the equipment. Needs to be organized properly and disinfected. Besides all that the haircut the second time round wasn't bad but didn't meet her expectations. She will go back but she is hoping they fix these problems so she's doesn't have to find a different more professional...

I've had my hair done at this salon a few x's by Jenna & it was a good experience. However, a few days ago I went in to have my hair colored & cut by Ashley, I had never been to her b4, but I tell you, I had a very bad experience this time! I do understand that sometimes ppl have to take their kids to work, I get that, but she kept stopping what she was doing, with my services, tend to her kids several times during the time I was there. She kept yelling at them & in my ear, kids kept running around the work area, & just were a huge distraction! Just a very unprofessional atmosphere, she did a dual color on my hair it came out nice, but she left me covered in color, my ears, neck, forehead ECT..I paid a good amount for the service, but was so dissatisfied, I will not be returning to...
