I arrived this past Saturday & oh my god, The cheese was amazing! But the customer service of the employees was NOT. I was waiting at the register to check out and the cashier was on her phone texting, completely ignored me. So, I went to another section of the store to see if my presence would be acknowledged and could check out elsewhere. The rude response I received from the next employee just baffled me. I asked, "Can I check out here?" She responded in a rather smug and snooty tone "There are no cash registers here, just cheese tasting". The most pretentious, self-important person i have ever encountered. As good as the cheese is, that experience was a deterrent to ever returning again! I hope they hire kinder and more...

This has got to be the most interesting place I visited in vermont. Customer service five stars. Very friendly and very welcoming environment. I also tasted cheeses that I have never tasted before in my life. They let you sample a lot of cheeses that they have available for sampling. I ended up buying the gouda cheese which was very delicious smooth and creamy. They make all their cheeses right there on the farm. Sheep and goat and cow. I would definitely go back to do some more sampling...

Walked into store, said hello to the women behind the counter who was sitting her phone and she had no response and just stared at us. Continued to walk around and look at products when an other women was also sitting in her phone and she then walked right by us with a nasty look on her face and said nothing. At this point I was pretty frustrated and turned around to walk out and said have a great day and they both said absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointed!! Will never...
