Beware! I don’t typically go out and write negative reviews. But I have a big issue with stores that have a two week return policy around Christmas. I understand that it is their policy to have a return window, especially being a small business. However, my wife wanted shoes and a dress from the boutique, so I bought them for her. They arrived November 30. The two week window closed on December 14, 10 days before Christmas. I did not have my wife try on her Christmas present, as I didn’t think that was necessary. When I tried to return the product that did not fit (the shoes), I was told that there was no option of return at this point. What kind of store has customer service like this? My wife loved the dress and the clothes are super cute. I had plans of buying more for her for future holidays/birthday, etc., but given such a restrictive policy and the response below, I won’t be buying again. I have placed many orders from this boutique and they never miss the mark. They have precious styles and the quality is impeccable! If you’re shopping online today and do not see something you like (which is highly unlikely) then check back tomorrow. They are adding to inventory daily. I have ordered several times. On my most recent order, the shirt shrank to an obscene level after washing in cold. I’m short and have a short torso, and it showed my navel. 🫣 I did not find the company easy to work with on returning this item. They wanted a picture of the damaged item; of course it didn’t look damaged because it wasn’t. It was defective.
