Super impressed with the flavor of the broth, which has the deep rich aromatics and taste that you can only find when the chef takes the effort to draw out the flavor by cooking over a long period of time. Large portions, even with the regular size bowl and soup comes already infused with fresh ingredients on top - bean sprouts, onion, cilantro and jalapenos. I have had pho made by Vietnamese natives and in places where no English was understood and this place is up in that ranking! Reasonable prices (less than $9 for more pho than you can eat). The fried and fresh spring rolls were homemade and very good as well. Simple decor,no fuss or fancies...just good food and a limited menu. They do have a child menu as well. We will be back!
