Pho Angel — Restaurant in Breckenridge

What a wonderful surprise this place is! You'd not ever think you'd find authentic pho in small town Texas, but that is exactly what this place serves up... authentic, delicious pho! Super impressed with the flavor of the broth, which has the deep rich aromatics and taste that you can only find when the chef takes the effort to draw out the flavor by cooking over a long period of time. Large portions, even with the regular size bowl and soup comes already infused with fresh ingredients on top - bean sprouts, onion, cilantro and jalapenos. The atmosphere is soft and light, no frills but tastefully decorated. My new go to spot when I need something filling, light, and comforting! I'm so happy to have this place as an option! I hear the dumplings are fantastic, and have overheard several customers ordering them each time I've dined in their restaurant - trying...

Best Pho west of the Brazos (and east of California and Vietnam, and perhaps anywhere near DFW!). A pleasant surprise! I have had pho made by Vietnamese natives and in places where no English was understood and this place is up in that ranking! Reasonable prices (less than $9 for more pho than you can eat). The fried and fresh spring rolls were homemade and very good as well. Simple decor,no fuss or fancies...just good food and a limited menu. They do have a child menu as well. We will be back! Who would have guessed such a place existed here? So...

Customer service was freaking awesome. The waitresses attended just the right way I can't believe the Asian food is even goes off the hook felt like I was in heaven on Earth. Very easy place and easy to get along with I would highly recommend this place for anybody who enjoys full angels is a way to get in touch with her beautiful angel...
