I had no problem with the driver or my sales person Michael. I had the sales person come to my shop and he wanted me to switch to Shred-it. I was happy with the company I was using, but I said I would switch providers if he could match the same monthly cost as my current recycle company for 2 bins. He agreed, I signed paperwork, and then I get my bill and it was almost doubled. I reached out to my sales person and he said he would take care of it. Note: trying to get a hold of anyone in billing that could help is next to impossible. I had to cancel my account and go with someone else after 4 months of my bills being wrong and not corrected. I am also owed an overpayment of about $223.00. Now Dino Bradford with billing is claiming I signed a contract and agreed to the higher amount of $120.94. Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Worse than Time Warner/Spectrum, AT&T, and even insurance companies. Shred-It, now Stericycle kept charging our company for charges that they promised me would be removed back in September of 2015. I dealt with three reps since then to remove the charges which total over $2,500. Yesterday I found out that when Shred-It acquired Cintas they lost many contracts and one of them was ours. So despite signing addendums with Shred-it to remove extra charges on my account they did not implement this because they had no contract. I found this out after wasting hours of my time with them.
