I thought they were great, but they have refused to fill my blood pressure medication and life-saving medication to stop me from bleeding to the point of needing a blood transfusion, or worse. They medically gaslight, especially Lindsey Wolff and Jessica Osburnsen. They don't listen to patients, the disregard health history, the patients knowledge and don't fully read messaging. Huge egos, just as bad as Essentia. Another rural joke clinic that doesn't care about preventative care or their patients. I wouldn't say the doctors are the problem, it is the nurses. I have been told they don't route messages to the doctors, so they can bully patients and doctors don't know it is happening until later, if at all. Edit 11/21 -- Due to being ignored, I have now had to go to the ER twice, had 3 blood transfusions and admitted to the hospital. Due to shortness of breath, the hospital nurse told me 11/20 to get into clinic asap to see if my numbers have dipped. Without a vehicle, I needed afternoon appointments and I was told I couldn't be seen till January 6th by my pcp's nurse. Got a call Monday after radiologist looked at x-rays and found I had three fractured ribs, possibly a fourth. I slept sitting up in a recliner all weekend struggling to breathe, cough or even move without serious pain. Wondering if there really was something wrong or was I just being a baby. Now Breezy Point Pharmacy can’t refill my RX and the Dr does not respond to MyChart requests or the pharmacy reaching out to refill my RX. How is this acceptable?
