I have had a great experience with Wholesale Outlet. Yesterday during the bad storm, On July 15, 2024, along with tornado sirens going off, my niece went over a curb near this car lot, and blew out 2 tires. She coasted into the car lot, and ubered to a hotel. She called this morning to let them know that it was her car for them not to tow it. We are from spfld IL so early this morning we got up to rescue my niece. We showed up at the car lot and Brian the owner was phenomenal. He was so understanding and even suggested what he would do if we were his family, and grand daughter. He gave several recommendations on how not to have to get the car towed, and His staff Rod or Rob even called Jr's car tire nearby to see if they had tires for us. Rod even took off the tires while we went down the street to get new tires and even put the tire on. Unfortunately we had to come back home on a donut and made it home safely. What started out as stressful day, turned out great. On top of that he didn't charge us anything for the hours they spent with us, but I did give Rod some money, cuz it was worth every dime. I have purchased three vehicles from wholesale outlet over the years and will probably purchase more in the future. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And they are one of the few used car dealers around left that does business the easy honest way. Their vehicles have a clearly marked price on the windshields, and it gives you a reasonable starting point on the purchase price. Stay away from the Lots with no prices visible on the cars. Their staff is trained to assess you and try to get as much money from you as they can when you ask for the price of the car. It leaves you negotiating for half a day with them from a ridiculously high price to one that might eventually be reasonable. At wholesale auto you start with a reasonable price and in all likelihood will be able to get them to come down a little on it at least. In need of another car. 3 stars cause the guys are nice and seem like some very nice people but their vehicles condition needs to be more addressed basically they misrepresent the condition of thier vehicles make sure you get a walk around video or more pics before looking at the vehicles.Some are good and some are in not so good condition.Might be the area that the dealership is located, lots of traffic equals not so good condition vehicles.On another note their vehicles need to show walk around videos and more description of vehicles condition and more closer pics so the damaged areas are seen.Make a note of damaged areas on the listing and add pics and a video that will help future buyers to know what they are coming to see and will get better reviews cause you will be more detailed and seem...
