Absolutely the rudest people I've ever done business with. I spent $760 on a coffee table and an entertainment center. The prices they put on fb are not honored. They are incredibly rude. When my furniture came in after a week I picked it up, brought it home and unwrapped it. The coffee table had a crack all the way down it. I called immediately. They were again very rude but said they would have to order me another but they would not make a special order, I would have to wait until they ordered from that manufacturer. I called a few times, I was lucky if they even took my calls. I saw then post furniture from Million Dollar Rustic that they claimed to have just gotten in but was never called for my table. Finally 2 months later I got a call that it was in. I went to pick it up. The older man is the rudest person I've ever met! He was so degrading and sarcastic. He told me the crack wasn't a big deal compared to the scratches my kids put on it. (There is one little scratch). He told me he could dance on that table while he literally began to dance! The table he had ordered me and wanted to trade me for had a black top, mine was a wood finish. He told me that what real wood looks like. I told him it wouldn't match the other piece I bought. He told me that what rustic means!!! I would not send my worst enemy to buy furniture from this place! I will never do business there again. In the beginning the manager "Tina" was extremely helpful but that quickly went downhill. I practically sold myself the furniture. She never returned any of the messages I left for her. I was supposed to go in on Monday to meet her and I drove there from Fayetteville only to discover she took the day off for Presidents Day. The living room set that she sold to me was overpriced. I bought it for the convenience of having it delivered to my home but it took several weeks for the furniture to come in and I was never called when it arrived. When I asked what day it would be delivered she said it would be $50 and I had to wait until they were in the area and it would be a while??? That was not the agreement. I live 25 miles away and I was told delivery would be free. I spent a considerable amount of money in this store and I felt that she was a totally different person after the sale was final. I have no doubt that she was a great salesperson at one time but that's not the case anymore. I have huge regrets over this purchase and I will not recommend them to anyone. Beware Tina runs the store and there is no one above her to take...

We bought our living room sectional sofa from Select Furnishings. Unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the pieces but Tina was on top of the issues immediately. She called the sales rep and proceeded up the ladder to the Vice-president until she got things handled for us. She is amazing. We felt confident that she would rectify the problem to her standards, and they are higher than most. We highly recommend this company for your home...
