Blinn College Park Apartments — Hotel in Brenham

These apartments need help. When I lived there they had nothing but problems.

Pros - Their is security cameras Room size was average, but not bad in any way concerning size

Cons - Buildings are old Things frequently broke The apartments were made to last only 10-20 years so they are starting to degrade fast When I lived there the housing manager and the guy that oversaw him quit because they was so many problems not a lot of amenities at all

Very dirty apartments, while moving there were dead bugs and trash in the whole unit. The outside stairs had food all over the ground. When I complained to the staff they moved me to a different apartment and said that the room would be clean but it was full of trash and bugs. The staff is lazy...

Looks nothing like the pictures. Those pictures are of something else. All I can say is, it's a place to go to...
