Two stars because my hair with the extensions & color was perfect for my wedding! Of course after a whole spot was missed in the front with the color and had to be fixed, the stylist insisted on getting pictures of as if she could do no wrong. I'm not shy about paying what I need to for a look but it's been FOUR months and getting a follow up appointment to move my extensions up is impossible. The stylist - like I said before missed a spot before my wedding and that had to be fixed. Then last month I started trying to get a follow up & she didn't call me back I waited an entire week and called again. When I FINALLY got her it was more me guessing what she had free than her helping me get dates scheduled at all. Even asking, "are the extensions still attached"? Well probably not after the run around I've gotten (I didn't say that though). I unfortunately had to cancel my hard won appointments & when I canceled there wasn't a question of rescheduling so I asked to reschedule or if perhaps I could get Saturday or Sunday I got: "No ma'am, I don't work Saturdays and we're not open Sundays". That's it nothing else. Find somewhere else to get your extensions their service is definitely not worth the money or your precious time! I could write a 5 page paper on how unprofessional they are but no more time. Gotta find someone to take these...

I was new to the area and found roots thanks to recommendations from friends I went through ig and wanted my hair done with Courtney and finally recently had time to. The first time she did exactly what I asked and I left so happy but this last time was on a whole other level! I barely knew how to describe what I wanted, but she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT 😂 she KILLED IT! Knocked it out the park! & for an unexpectedly great price for the amazing quality.
