Waited for the tow truck for over 2 hours, after calling last night and setting up an appt. Couldn't even call us to tell us they were running late. We called several times and the two times they answered the phone we were told the truck would only be a few minutes longer. We were told this at 9:20 and then at 10:15 and the truck finally arrived about 10 minutes to 11. Even after all of this instead of, ya know, maybe lowering the price of the tow they tried charging us more than what they told us yesterday. Horrible customer service!! Absolutely do...
