Dollar General — Local services in Bridgeport

This place is such a lifesaver as it has a little bit of everything. While selections may not be extensive, it has most common household items / groceries / medicines. The only thing it doesn't carry are raw meats (hamburger, steak, chicken, etc.). Staff is very friendly and constantly stocking shelves so if you don't see a cashier just call out for some help and they will come running.

For a dollar store this store has almost everything I was expecting to have to go to a Walmart or even a grocery store for. They lacked my powder ant poison but not having only one thing on my list was still very impressive. They even do propane exchanges which relieve my fears about running out of propane in our RV before the sun comes up...

The perfect neighborhood store. A great selection of groceries and house hold items. This location is clean and well maintained. The clerks are friendly and eager to help. If they aren't up at the checkout, then they are cleaning and stocking the store. Give a holler and they will gladly come help....
