Selling items was a horrible experience. My items were due for pick up second week of March. I went the first week because I don’t live close they told me they would extend to mid May. The Pandemic broke out. When I reached out to them this week because stores just opened, they now own or donated my two Brahmin bags. I understand they have rules but during this crisis we are living and they had the store closed, clients should’ve been notified. I do hope my bags were donated to a good cause and not sold. I consigned a lot of expensive items. 2 boys Burberry jackets, 2 girls Burberry jackets, 1 woman Burberry coat, 1 girl Burberry dress, a few woman Lululemons. When I consigned I had my kids with my so I didn’t read the contract in full. I was supposed to pick up my items beginning of March, right when the pandemic started. When I messaged I was told that my items were donated to the store now because I did not pick up on time. This is so upsetting. They were expensive items!!! I would NEVER BUY or CONSIGN here AGAIN! The owner should not have the right to sell my items and keep 100%...

Amazing Consignment Store! I don’t live close to any of their three locations but fortunately for me they have great Facebook and Instagram pages. I have made so many amazing purchases. Every item I’ve purchased has been in extremely good condition, in fact the majority has looked brand new. The designer items they sell are at a fraction of retail and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All policies and condition of items are clearly put forward.
