I couldn't have asked for better treatment. When I arrived on-site I was greeted at the door. They check to make sure that I have proper identification and the proper medical card for medical cannabis. I was then let into a waiting room where a lady took my information and identification. then I was led to a desk and I had a consultation with a pharmacist who discussed in-depth my symptoms my goals my level of pain and other contributing factors form I need for medical cannabis so that she could help me devise a specific routine for medical cannabis treatment. I then was shown different strains of indica and sativa and hybrid flower as well as other CBD products food grade quality CBD isolate as well as RSO or Rick Simpson Oil which I have thoroughly enjoyed. It's the first day of my treatment and I woke up this morning with less discomfort then I had other mornings. I purchased a couple of different strains of flour as well as the RSO oil and the CBD isolate which is food grade and has a plastic measuring dispenser in the bottom of the cute burlap bag it is sold in. The people are genuine and kind I cannot thank them enough Holly the manager was very sweet Angela even walked me to the car and her son Lucas was very pleasant over the phone when I called the day before going to The dispensary. I traveled 100.9 miles to get there + 100.9 miles to get home but it was indeed worth the drive.!!! ️ The staff and crew are very thorough and knowledgeable about the different strains they have available and as with any business certain strains are available at certain times and other strains will show up later and I only expect greenlight dispensary to continue to grow and be very successful because of their attention to the patients needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone even if you don't have a card that allows you to receive medical cannabis this place can give you the information to help you find out if you are a candidate for medical cannabis. I'm trying different strains right now to find out which strain works best for my condition I'm tracking it with the logs and paperwork that they sent home with me so that we can devised the best course of treatment. **Why on earth is the West Helena location closed at 3pm on a Saturday?? Now you're not open for ANOTHER three days?! So I either have to go with no medication OR drive to the next closest one in WEST MEMPHIS. That's nearly two hours away. Even Jonesboro. Wow. Thanks a HEAP. Your patients (because we're PATIENTS, NOT CUSTOMERS) really would have appreciated knowing this in advance as to plan accordingly.

EDIT Absolutely not happy. You know me well enough to have me pulled up on the computer before I walk in the door but when I literally tell you I don't WANT certain products, those are the EXACT products you push on me. Then when I make a u turn at the light 100 yards from your establishment, you refuse to exchange it for what I ACTUALLY ASKED FOR. How is this even fair or good business??? Wow. Appalled. Seriously.

Just moved to town and needed some medications. Asmar greeted me with such a sweet and caring energy, he's a great soul to have at the door. Hailey and Matthew went beyond their typical duties, taking extra time, to ensure I had proper care. For that, I am forever grateful. Thank you for being a truly compassionate care team... ALWAYS, BUT I had a more plesent informative visit this time.. .. Well, enough t could have been Me.Greenlight himself... Or the poster man for Greenlight lol .. I was excited to have someone so knowledgeable about the actual illnesses that you suffer from and explain it to you like an actual pharmacist would . I didn't feel like I was being up sold this time, I actually felt the concern to actually help me medicate certain types with certain illness.. I believe the young man name was Clint.. it was like visiting an old friend wanted to call him all the time to ask questions ,that's how comfortable and how Greenlight concernment is with their patients BIG BONUS.. ALSO, hope to see more Greenlight depensaries in more parts of Arkansas.. This Location ISENT the best, nice clean store just Location Location... I always m,iss the turn.. I'm just so greatful to actually be getting a great night sleep now because of Clint recommendations. HE NAILED IT..
