Bob didn’t just host the fun—he was the fun. Professional, kind, and totally tuned in to the joy of childhood, Bob made every single child feel like the guest of honor.

Parents were wowed. Staff was thrilled. And the kids? They’re already asking when he’s coming back.

This was a good experience. Very professional and patient. We had a birthday party for our 10yr old son and imagine 25 10yr old boys. Very patient and accommodating to the kids. Due to a small hiccup the theater was late, BUT he really made up for it with his professionalism, and he made up for it by still staying for the full time, giving us a partial refund, and a discount for future reservation. The weather didn’t help his commute, but he surely was prepared. Warm, and clean theater that the kids could enjoy. Has all the latest and greatest games and I highly reccoment this company. VERY professional. As a small business owner, I appreciate when someone goes the extra mile to fix a wrong. Says a lot about the person and their small business, and that’s how it should be. This gaming truck is amazing! It was perfect for our son's 12th birthday party. Bob, the owner, was very professional from start to finish. He has a vast knowledge of video games and had lots of games available that were appropriately rated for our party's age group. He was on time and great with the kids, as was his assistant. His truck has heat (helpful on a cold afternoon!) and its own internet source. The kids had a blast gaming! Highly recommend Windy City...
