New China Hut — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I'm leaving a one star review, not because of the food. The food is delicious. I had been a frequent customer for years with this business. But tonight they delivered the wrong order and their employee Lexi was extremely rude when I called to get the matter corrected. They delivered food I have never ate before and know I didn't order but Lexi continued to say that I was the one to mess up the order and never apologized. She continued to say that I couldn't speak to a manager or owner and that I would have to drive to the restaurant and bring back the wrong food that had been delivered. They would not refund or deliver me the correct food. When I told her that I know a manager or owner would not say that , she said "are you finished? Because you need to find another Chinese restaurant to order from, goodbye " and hung up on me. The owner has personally delivered the food to our house and has been polite and kind. I feel bad for leaving a negative review. But to have an employee treat me so disrespectful and tell me my business is no longer wanted is appalling. And unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere. I've been going here for years. I ordered over the phone my order and picked it up well they got one of my items wrong, I ordered general tao chicken my order is always the same I've never changed it and she said I ordered chicken kow. I was home when I realized it called them and a other girl answered and said just bring it back and will make it right(lovely young girl had no problem with her she didn't take my order just rang me up)Now luckily I live less then 5mins away. One of the experiences ever. Will never order from there again. The ordering process was absolutely horrible, we have to repeat everything over half a dozen times. They also were upset that we were not using numbers since we did not have the menu in front of us. The hosed 70% of our order, one was our kids that then could not eat it. They wanted to use to send the food back to reuse, but I would not allow that and threw it away. I could not trust that it would be sent out again. I will never order from there again and will likely be contacting the health department about picking food back up. I dont ever think that is legal, but it has never happened before.
